Oyo gubernatorial aspirant Bayo Adelabu was recently involved in a road crash.

And he was hospitalized as a result of this development.

Details sourced from news breaker platform PM parrot disclosed that the road accident transpired on Monday September 25.

Adelabu, a deputy Governor of the Nigeria’s Central Bank reportedly suffered the fate on the way to catch a flight to Abuja.

According to a source spoken to by Pmparrot “It was on Monday, September 25 at about 6 am. Oga was going to Abuja to catch a 7 am flight to Abuja when it happened somewhere around the Redeemed Church of God’s Redemption Camp on Ibadan-Lagos Expressway.

“You know, it is a policy that Oga follows that we must never speed or neglect road rules and laws even if we are in a hurry.

“However, on this particular morning, a car, out of nowhere just swerved into the middle of our convoy and hit Oga’s SUV pushing it away from the Expressway.

“It tumbled (somersault) a couple of times with all the airbags in the SUV out”.

The gubernatorial aspirant was reportedly taken to Abuja after the accident and spent three days at a hospital in Maitama undergoing treatment.

He is said to be back on his feet and resume daily routine at press time.

Adelabu was reportedly in the company of his driver, personal assistant, and security detail when the accident occurred.
