Otunba Gbenga Daniel, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu Begin Reconciliation

Assertions filtering in indicate the seemingly age long feud between former friends and political heavy weights, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Otunba Gbenga Daniel is almost over.

And moves are already on to even colour their estrangement as never happened!

According to Wale Edun, a mutual associate of the duo at a function in honour of Otunba Daniels ”there is no friction between Asiwaju and Otunba Gbenga Daniel”

The occasion was the 25th Anniversary Celebration of Otunba Gbenga Daniels’ Kresta Laurel and Edun who just narrowly lost out of ministerial appointment represented Asiwaju Tinubu at the event

Edun who is known to be close to Otunba Daniel specifically stated that “I am here representing Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and my presence is to show that there is no friction between Asiwaju and Otunba Gbenga Daniel”.

He labelled talks of conflicts between the two pride of yoruba race as untrue.

Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo another personality known to be extremely close to the duo backed Edun’s play with declaration that both men’s respect for each other is mutual and that it was a mere rumour that they were fighting each other.

Societynowng.com however learnt the moves by Edun and Vice President Osinbajo are those of individuals passionate to mend broken ties of the people they are very concerned about.

‘Otunba Daniel actually introduced Osinbajo to Asiwaju and recommended his serving as Attorney General in the administration of the former governor….and Osinbajo’s younger brother, Akin also served as Attorney General under Otunba Daniel in Ogun state for 8yrs…that’s the kind of closeness we are talking about’ an insider divulged.

Societynowng.com sources disclosed that the public utterances of the vice President and Mr Edun is the roof top raging underground re conciliatory moves between the camps of Asiwaju Tinubu and Otunba Daniel.
