Former Governor of Abia state, Orji Uzor Kalu has put up his mansion in Maryland United states of America on Sale.

The sprawling edifice sits atop a five hectares of land.

It is sited in Potomac, Maryland.

The property was the venue of the controversial death of Chinwe Masi, the mistress of the popular politician.

Chinwe, widely tagged a business front and communication conduit of waned in political influence politician allegedly died while relishing in leisure hour at the up for sale home of Kalu.

Word on the street tied her death to drink sipped in the course of enjoyment- but authorities cleared the ex governor off any wrong doing in the matter.

The controversy sparked off by the development tainted the mansion reportedly built in 1996 with a bit of notoriety.

Findings by www.societynowng.com revealed that the property was first put on the market at the purchase tag of $ 4.5m. Insiders revealed that when the desired response refused to come the initial price was slashed to $2.4m.
It is however yet to be confirmed whether the move has transformed the offer into the bride of prospective buyers or not.
