Omatek’s Florence Seriki Dragged To Court By Creditors

Omatek Computer boss, Florence Seriki has been dragged to the law court.

And this action is attributed to those tagged ‘individuals she owe money’.

Those pursuing this course of action against her are identified as ‘ex staffers’. They are said to be 31 in numbers.

The socialite credited with claims of turning around her company for the better is said to owe salaries ranging from 22 months and lesser.

Insiders revealed, she is answering charges over refusal to pay her debt on two fronts.

Sources disclosed a group of 30 have dragged her to the court of arbitration. While another individual revealed as a Mr Igbo took her to a Lagos High Court.

Findings revealed aside the issue of salaries owed- there is also added allegation of unlawful dis engagement from work.

Informants revealed this is based on claims the computer company boss sacked a large number of staffers and forced some to resign as part of strategy to reduce increasing debt.

The two cases against her are said to have experienced more than two adjournments. Seriki is said to have appeared once- her legal representatives are said to feature at the other appearances. The matters are confirmed as still ongoing.
