Abiodun Akinlade, Federal lawmaker with the ambition of taking over the Ogun gubernatorial seat from Mr Ibikunle Amosun just set up a new enterprise.

And it is an hotel operating under the trade name, Pacific.

Sources confirmed the two winged hospitality centre is located in Lagos state. Salolo area along Lagos Abeokuta express way.

Insiders revealed it kick started operations weeks back.

The Federal House of Representative member is said to be particular about keeping his involvement in the investment valued as ‘ Nmulti-million’ quiet.

Investigation revealed this as a result of moves to run the enterprise as ‘a proper business’.

Maintained a source ‘ you know he is a politician, he wants to separate his person from his business…he doesn’t want so called supporters and fans to just come in anyhow and do as they want….the hotel is an investment- a profit making entity and he wants to make back his money and the extra as well’

Another source revealed this line of thinking is also behind the location of the massive business outside Ogun state, his popularity zone.

Further digs revealed in continuation of this ‘business scheme’- the that just decamped from the Action Congress of Nigeria to the Labour party is set to complete another ‘Pacific Hotel’, outside Ogun state.

The undergoing construction hospitality centre is disclosed as situated at Alakuko area of Lagos state. Specifically on Baale- Animashaun road.

It is said to be an improvement on the first one. ‘It is a three winged hotel’.
