Many are wondering if the war is truly over?

That is between Aremo Olusegun Osoba the former governor of Ogun state and the incumbent governor of the Gateway state.

The reason?

But he perfected the development outside the state he governed and with the Governor Amosun absent.

Osoba, the state leader of the All Progressives Congress in Ogun at the time of defection left the party with his litany of supporters over protracted battle for control with governor Amosun.

He had plugged his political structure into the Social Democratic Party to battle for political relevance in Ogun state.

His SDP lost all seats contested for in a whimper performance including those of elected officials that sought to retain their seats, Olumide his son and a Federal House of Representatives member inclusive.

The sweeping victory of the All Progressives Congress at the polls had seen it take over the Federal Government with candidate Muhammadu Buhari becoming President.

Months that followed had resulted in emergence of talks Osoba is on his way back to the fold.

The talks heralded in public hobnobbing with chieftains of the All Progressives Congress.
And has now culminated in official return to the APC.

But the fact that the return was perfected outside his political stronghold, Ogun state and with his main adversary within the party, Governor Amosun absent has set off waging tongues.
