Niger Gov Abubakar Bello Declares All Visitors From Kano State Should Be Quarantined For 14 Days

The Governor of Niger State Abubakar Sanni Bello has made a major pronouncement in the fight against Covid-19.
The Governor has declared that all visitors from Kano State to Niger State should be quarantined for fourteen days (14 days) – irrespective of whether they are tested for Covid-19 or not according to information monitored on Channels Television news at 9.00p.m, Wednesday, 23 2020 by societynow.ng.
Kano State is suspected to be battling “widespread’ infection of Covid-19 but Governor Abdullahi Ganduje has refused to acknowledge the suspicion though he has pleaded for help to combat the pandemic from the Federal Government.
Added information has it that the Niger State Governor has also ordered the arrest of any resident caught not wearing a face mask in public.
