Information filtering in to societynowng.com revealed the source of Nyong’s endless worry as recent occurrence that has placed his life work at the threshold of very big risk.

The whispers which has transformed open talks have gone as far as label Akpabio owner of Lekki Garden Estate and Nyong just a stooge in some quarters.

Societynowng.com however learnt that considering that the former governor is currently a person of interest for anti corruption investigators over petitions written against, this linkage does Nyong and his businesses no good.

And agitated over the possibility of getting dragged into Akpabio’s mess, Nyong is currently making spirited moves to distance himself from the embattled politician.

The Lekki Gardens Estate boss insists “Senator Akpabio has never injected capital into our company and we have never received any sort of funding from him since the inception of the company”

He made the assertion in a statement he urgently released to attend to the increasing talks.

The statement released by Azuka Ugboh, the director, Media and Communication for Nyong’s company equally asserted that ‘Mr. Richard Nyong, had never met or had any business dealings with Akpabio in relation to Lekki Gardens Limited or GTRich Investment Limited‬’.

This open debunking of any form of relationship with Senator Akpabio is said to be outside of behind the scene moves to avoid inconveniences of having investigators all over his company’s documents looking for linkages with the former governor said to be currently undergoing investigation by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
