It wasn’t a spectacular Christmas celebration for family of late military officer- Air Vice Marshal Nureni Yusuf.

And the reason is sad one.

The family just lost it’s first child.

The individual identified as Nurat Balogun- married with children- died in a motor accident on Tuesday December 18 2012.

The incident occurred along Idi- Iroko road, Ogun state.

She reportedly died on the spot.

A family source that craved anonymity detailed the build up to her death ‘ she bought a car at Coutonu..one of the new editions of Honda, but it was seized by custom officers from the person sent to buy it…Nurat went to their base to retrieve it on that day, she died in a motor accident in that particular car on her way back’
