Lagos Lawmaker Builds, Declares Open 40 Rooms Hotel With Swimming Pool Within A Year

Nureni Ayinde Akinsanya, a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly has opened a new hotel.

The hotel named OSMAK Hotel is situated in the heart of Mushin, his constituency.

It is described as a 40 rooms place of leisure with a mini swimming pool and other facilities societynow.ng learned.

Sources disclosed the construction of the hotel started last year – 2019 – and completed this year, 2020.

‘’But the land was purchased about two years ago’’ a source stated.

The new hotel is the second owned by the state lawmaker representing Mushin Constituency 1.

The first one is located in Ogudu area of Lagos State.

The lawmaker hail as OSMAK by friends and associates is a former president of the Association of Real Estate Developers.
