Kamarudeen Omiwale, Offa Poly Rector Olatinwo’s In Law Absconds With Bizness Associate’s N10m

Kamorudeen Omiwale popularly known as Ikimi has disappeared from his regular places – including his place of work informants divulged.

Information available to societynowng.com revealed the development comes on the heels of inability to refund money owed Mr Abiodun S.Lawal identified as his business associate.

Insiders revealed he has gone as far as to boycott his work place.

The money at stake is said to be ten million naira.

Abiodun, of Positive Code Integrated Services reportedly availed Kamorudeen some funds to prosecute a contract awarded by the Offa Polytechnic, Kwara state.

The rector of the institution, Doctor Latinwo is revealed as the father of Kamorudeen’s wife.

Incidentally Latinwo’s daughter and her husband are said to be in the employment of the Polytechnic due to the strong influence rector.

Information available to societynowng revealed that Kamorudeen had approached Abiodun to finance the contract of supply the Offa Federal Polytechnic Corporative Society to Toyota Buses.

Alhaji Ibraheem Onilenla, the promoter of Al-Marwa Nigeria Limited reportedly served as intermediary in the deal.

To show seriousness of purpose, Kamorudeen reportedly issued a post dated N6.5million cheque to Abiodun.

The arrangement was that the Positive Code Integrated Services would earn 10 % on the funds provided, and would be paid within two months.

Further revelations have it that on January 12 2015, Abiodun transferred the agreed sum to the account of a Alhaji Yusuf Ibraheem on behalf of Kamorudeen.

But contrary to stipulated agreement, six months later the contract sponsor is yet to recover his money – both loan and interests.

Kamorudeen is said not to be forth coming with the payment – giving this and that excuses.

Insiders divulged modalities for repayment meeting held at the abode of Rector Latinwo failed to yield positive results.

Same with intervention from intermediary Alhaji Onilenla.

While Kamorudeen has reportedly vanished from known places he visits, sources close to Abiodun alleged both Latinwo and Onilenla have refused to entertain calls from him.

Alhaji Yusuf Ibraheem , the man whose account was used to receive the fund from Abiodun is now uncovered to be the Secretary General of Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN).

Though nowhere to be found by Abiodun and his sympathisers searching for, it is alleged that Kamorudeen is still clandestinely drawing salaries as an employee of Offa Polytechnic.

Abiodun is said to be exploring all available means within the ambit of the laws to recover his money from Kamorudeen by either arresting him directly or forcing his ‘guarantors’ to produce him.
