Kaduna CNG Buses: Passengers To Get 60% Discount On Fares, Students & Retirees Free Ride For 6 Months

Governor Uba Sani has launched the operation of 100 Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses recently commissioned by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The new buses will offer free transportation for civil servants, students, and retirees for an initial period of six (6) months, as part of efforts to ease commuting challenges and support key segments of the population.

Following the free service period, the buses will be available to all residents of Kaduna State at a subsidized rate, with passengers enjoying a 60% discount on fares.

This initiative aligns with Governor Uba Sani’s commitment to providing an affordable, efficient, and environmentally sustainable public transport system aimed at improving the overall quality of life for citizens.
