Jonathan Boosts Talks Of Ambition To Succeed Buhari As President In 2023

Former President Goodluck Jonathan has given wings to talks of succeeding President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.

Jonathan lost his second term ambition to Buhari in 2015 and had been vilified for an alleged bad performance by his successor who secured another term in office last year (2019), until recently.

There are growing talks Buhari who is operating on the platform of the All Progressives Congress and his backers are considering giving Jonathan the chance to return as the President of Nigeria in 2023.

These talks are premised on claims of hidden “understandings” that would cage “those that Buhari is keen to put at bay.”

Societynow.ng gathered that Jonathan recently gave wings to talks about his presidential ambition at an interaction with the media.

According to thecable.ng asked about his presidential ambition the Jonathan stated “It is too early to talk about that” while campaigning for the citizens to support the Buhari administration on the insecurity that is eroding its goodwill.

Jonathan spoke with the media at an event organized by the commonwealth community choir in Abuja.
