Its A Sad Day For Ex Reps Member

The new month started on a very sad note for former federal lawmaker Nnenna Elendu – Ukeje.

SocietyNow.Ng gathered that she suffered a major attack on Tuesday, March 1, 2021.

The former Federal House of Representatives member’s residential building was attacked and set on fire along with vehicles within the premises.

The building is located in Ajayi, Bende Local Government, Abia State.

“Around 2am on Tuesday, 1st March 2022, they invaded the home of Hon Nnenna Elendu Ukeje in Alayi, Bende LGA, and burnt it down, including vehicles and other valuable properties.

“The Nigerian Army, DSS and Police have taken the on-the-spot assessment of what happened at the home of the ex-federal lawmaker. We await the outcome of the security investigation and the threat that was directly issued by one Mr. Frank Ejike on Hon Nnenna Ukeje-Elendu,” the Deputy Chairman of Bende Local Government Area of Abia, Promise Uzoma Okoro confirmed the incident in a report monitored by SocietyNow.Ng on Dailypost.ng.
