Funke Kuti, the former wife Femi Anikulapo Kuti says she has ‘’been through a lot’’.

Funke, whose son Made is doing has started well in the music work by sharing the stage with his father, commented to put into context why she has made it a point of duty to share motivational quotes on her social media handles.

Reacting to a comment on how well she is doing a good job of the daily motivational quotes, Funke who runs Event and Artiste handling enterprise, FK Management stated ‘’My passion is to help, encourage, support people in my little way. I’ve been through a lot, seen a lot, done a lot, learned a lot too.’’

Widely adjudged as very kind and constantly sticking out her neck for those she cares about, Funke is a victim of all manners of selfish antics by friends over the years.
