Emerging details have revealed how Yoruba Nation agitators were able to beat security operatives to stage a planned protest today, May 15, 2021 in Osogbo, the capital of Osun State.

Societynow.ng gathered that the organizers simply switched venues.

Information at hand revealed that a heavy presence of security operatives took hold of the original venue, Freedom Park and other possible take off points Alekuwodo, Ola-Iya Interjection and Fagbewesa yesterday Friday, May 14, 2021.

Societynow.ng gathered that the organizers simply gathered at an unlikely spot ,November 27 Bridge in the Africa Area of the state capital – today, Saturday, May 15, 2021 – and started the protest.

A report monitored by societynow.ng on thenationonlineng.net revealed that the protesters troop from the November 27 bridge through Ogo-Oluwa, Aregbe junction, Fakunle, Ola-Iya and Odi Olowo areas bearing placards and banners.

They were spotted chanting secession songs and handing out materials promoting their cause.

They are said to be heading to the originally planned take-off point – Nelson Mandela Freedom Park at press time.
