A major investment is said to be giving a former governor of Abia State Orji Uzor Kalu heartache.

Societynow.ng gathered that Kalu who is currently a Senator representing Abia State in the National Assembly is not happy with the state of things at his newspaper company – Sun Newspaper.

Kalu is said to be yearning for the years of yore when the likes of Mike Awoyinfa and Dimgba Igwe held sway.

Societynowng gathered that back then Kalu luxuriated in the aura of what it is to own a newspaper that holds the market by the jugular, and a publisher the public and corporate worlds take extra care to be nice to.

The “Publisher” is said to be missing this luxury with the current state of things at the Sun.

Societynow.ng gathered that while it is true that the virile social media has changed the game for the traditional media , Orji Kalu’s grouse is that if Thisday continues to give it’s publisher Nduka Obaigbena that much needed edge why can’t Sun do the same thing for its publisher.
