A member of the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Musa Baba Onwana, yesterday (March 17) died unexpectedly at the age of 50.

The Speaker, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara announced the death of Hon. Onwana, who until his death represented Nasarawa/Toto Federal Constituency of Nasarawa State under

the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in a statement he released on Thursday.
The statement reads in part, “Hon. Onwana was a patriot and a true Nigerian who was always championing the cause of his people in the House. We have lost a hardworking, committed and dedicated colleague and our hearts go to his immediate family, constituents, government and people of Nasarawa State.

“I pray that almighty God grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.”
