…Ejects tenants for demolition, rebuilding

Member of the Federal House of Representatives probe panel on fuel subsidy, Honourable Abiodun Faleke has acquired a new house.

The newest addition to his property is located on Isheri road, Ogba Lagos.

It is directly opposite Airtel office in that part of town.

The building is tagged a bungalow.

Sources claimed Honourable Faleke shelled out N65 million for the edifice.

He made the payment about 3 months ago.

Informants claim that he immediately served tenants at the place quit notice.

He wants to transform the site into a ‘better and more befitting building’ an informant confided.

It is not clear whether a relief package was put in place to this effect.

Witnesses confirmed Mr Faleke has ordered blocks and cements delivered to the place.

‘If you visit the place, you will see the building materials already on ground. They are just waiting for all the tenants to move out, demolish and rebuild the place’ another source disclosed.
