“Heartbreaking. Words Fail Me” Emotional Atiku Speaks On Killing Of 43 Workers By Boko Haram

In a short but emotional message, former vice president Atiku Abubakar has reacted to the killing of 43 workers by the insurgent group Boko Haram Saturday, October 28, 2020.

The workers were killed in Borno state on a rice field in Maiduguri.

According to information available, the workers were tied up and slaughtered by the dreaded sect group/

Reacting to the ugly incident in a post monitored by societynow.ng, Atiku posted “Heartbreaking. Words fail me. The lives of our citizens should be worth much more than this. The rejig of the nation’s security architecture is long overdue. May their souls rest in peace and may their families be comforted.”
