It is apparent, for Governor of Ogun state – Ibikunle Amosun to survive the myriads of political adversities threatening is re election moves, all hands in his team need to be on deck.

And amongst doing all it takes to succeed is fanatic supporter and elder brother, Alhaji Abidoye Amosun.

The man labelled one of the most powerful decision makers in Ogun state is described giving his all to ensure his younger brother returns for a second term.

Insiders disclosed one of his major ploys is forging political alliances in and out of the governor’s troubled political organisation, All Progressives Party (APC). The older Amosun widely addressed as Alhaji Agba (the elder Alhaji, in honour of his societal stature as pilgrimage maker to the Islamic holy land of Mecca) is also a member of the APC.

Mr Amosun faces serious challenge at retaining his seat from inside his APC – and outside as opposition continue to merge forces against him by the day.
