Gov Diri Leads As Bayelsa Resumes Weekly Prosperity Walk

Bayelsa State Government today resumed the Weekly Prosperity Walk that was on a break as a result of the unprecedented flooding in the State.

Senator Douye Diri, the Governor of the State led the weekly Walk exercise which took off from the Samson Siasia stadium, Ovom, Yenagoa.

Governor Diri in his address said “Now, we went on break, the unprecedented flood made us observe a flood break. Today, we have resumed our “Weekly Prosperity Walk”.

So, I welcome you all back to the weekly prosperity walk. We expect that going forward from next week we will have a full house again as we use to have and we will indeed prosper in our health and our economy,” Diri stated.
