Gov Bello Sacks Commissioners

Governor Abubakar Sani Bello has relieved his commissioners off their duties.

He announced the decision with immediate effect earlier today.

The Niger state helmsman, however, retained the three newly appointed commissioners in the state.

The retained cabinet members are Commissioners in the Ministries of Tourism and Culture, Sunday Kolo from Gbako Local Government; Mineral Resources, Mundi Mohammed from Suleja Local Government; and Livestock and Fishery, Haruna Dukku from Rijau Local Government.

Permanent Secretaries in charge of all the other ministries have been directed to charge, until replacement commissioners are announced.
