Gloria Edozien And Friends Hold 7th Edition Of Musical Talent Hunt Show, Underground

On Saturday May 12 2012, the 7th edition of one stop leisure gathering and musical talent show, Underground will hold.

The venue of this year’s edition of the creation of the group known as Inner Circle – with Taiwo Kamson and Gloria Edozien as members- is Ember Creek, besides boat club, ikoyi- Lagos.

According to information made available this episode has a unique twist- it will be a D.J affair.

Just like in earlier editions- the objective is to chose a winner from this genre of entertainment from rigorously short listed contestants in an atmosphere of limitless fun.

The past editions focused on upcoming singers.

The Judges for this D.J edition are D.J Jimmy Jatt, D.J Sose and D.J Caise.

According to the organisers aside the thrills of the performances from the Contestants- their will be added value of special appearances, free drinks and small chops for the audience.

Among the guest performers pencilled are fast rising lyricist Engager and winner of the last edition of the show, Boogey.

Funke Kuti’s F.K Management and sports marketing company, Tactics IQ are part of those giving corporate support.

The event that will see popular On Air Personality Lil Rhymz as anchor person started off in May 2010 as a platform for upcoming artistes to showcase their talents and gain necessary exposure.

The event that grew from an audience of 80 to 700 withing two editions pegs a token fo N2000 for partakers to revel in the fun it provides.

Inner Circle, the parent body of the concept came to berth on January 27 2010.

Made up of imaginative and innovative young people- it started by lending a helping hand to victims of the Jos Crisis and earthquake in Haiti by putting together a fund raiser concert tagged Helping Hands.

The action evolved into helping to discover and giving upcoming artistes exposure with Underground.
