Daniel Atteh has come a long way from his days on BBNaija. Known popularly by his moniker ‘Sir Dee’, the former banker and graphic designer from Kaduna earned a massive following due to his vulnerable personality as well as his undeniable good looks during his time in Biggie’s house.

However, a common trend with personalities who break out from TV shows is that they often fade away as soon as the hype of the show cools off. Yet, Daniel has defied this expectation as he seems to be carving a niche for himself in Nollywood and more recently as The Macallan’s charismatic brand ambassador. His most recent outing as the host of The Macallan’s exclusive VIP event was a major highlight as we got to see all of his charm and style in full flow.

The event, which marked the launch of The Macallan Sherry Oak 25 Years Old and 30 Years Old, provided the perfect ambience for Daniel to shine.

Further complementing the launch, the pan-Asian Mantra Restaurant & Lounge provided the perfect backdrop for a night that featured a musical quartet, a glorious musical performance by the delectable Waje and some of Nigeria’s most successful and famous faces.

Despite all of these truly magnificent scenes and personalities, none could steal the show for the majestic host who welcomed the guests gracefully and provided a perfect introduction to a night that featured the first look at The Macallan’s Sherry Oak 25 & 30 Years Old offering in West Africa.

Guests at the events included the likes of fashion mogul Mai Atafo, beauty queen, Beauty Tukura, and fellow BBNaija alumni Prince Nelson. The Macallan brand ambassador, Adeyinka Adepetun, also provided co-host duties to Daniel Atteh, as both bounced off each other and ushered guests into a new era of luxury in Nigeria’s growing whisky market.
