Female Officers Who Had Fancy Hair Styles Cut Off By FRSC Commander Andrew Ikumapayi To Be Sanctioned

Emerging details have it, female officers at the receiving end of recalled Rivers State’s Federal Road Safety Commander Andrew Ikumapayi’s hair cutting action face official sanction.

Ikumapayi had cut off the fancy hair styles of female officers that was against corp’s regulations on parade ground during morning inspection.

And went ahead to post pictures of the episode on the commission’s social media page.

The development resulted in a public outcry which earned him a recall from his duty post.

He faces sanction for going outside agency’s regulations in dealing with the ”infraction” by the female officials concerned.
