F.G Yet To Declare Public Holiday For Christmas, New Year
“the trending story is not true,”
The Federal Government is yet to declare public holidays in celebration of Christmas and New Year.
The the Director of Press and Public Relations, at the Ministry of Interior, Afonja Fatai Ajibola made this clarification on Saturday, December 17, 2022.
Afonja declared that “The Ministry of Interior wishes to state categorically that the trending story is not true, as the Federal Government is yet to declare a public holiday formally”,
He disclosed an official announcement regarding the days to be observed as Public Holidays will soon be made.
