Ex Governor Akala’s Wife, Kemi Sells Off Lagos Properties!

Kemi, wife of former governor of Oyo state- Adebayo Alao Akala has put two of her properties on sale.

The on sale valuables are located in Kola Area of Lagos state.

Sources disclose the specific locations as Iyinade and Olaniyi streets.

According to an informant the property on Iyinade street has a completed structure on it- while the other (on Olaniyi) has an uncompleted building on it.

The price tags are given as N11m and N9m.

Those conversant with the locations revealed, the ‘on sales’ are not far from the one owned by popular musician- Kollington Ayinla.

Further digs revealed real estate player, Bola Okegbenro & co is incharged of the sale.

Information revealed the moves to sell of the properties though ‘ weeks’ old, but yet to attract serious interest.
