Model-turned-fashion designer Isi Atagamen recently made waves with her latest collection, “Elysian Reverie; Dreams by the Water,” unveiled in a spectacular runway show.

Set against the serene venue of the Lagos Jetski Club, Ikoyi, the fashion show hosted in partnership with The Macallan, was not just an event, it was a celebration of style and creativity.

Meg Alabi, CEO of Meg Alabi Couture and Modelling instructor, dressed in a stunning dress and a striking red hat, couldn’t contain her enthusiasm. “The Bubu designs were impeccably cut. “They’re creative and beautiful. I adore the entire collection—the colour combinations are spot on and seeing Isi paint on stage? That was truly outstanding”, she expressed. When asked about her favourite piece, she beamed, “The gold and bronze gowns are simply exquisite!”

Munachi, with her soothing voice, shared her passion for the collection: “I love the breeziness of the dresses, the way they flow is mesmerising. The colours are vibrant and expressive.” Her top picks? “Definitely the lemon green and the bronze—they’re fabulous!”
