Davido obviously was unaware he was photographed spent with futile efforts to clandestinely take his baby abroad without the consent of the mother on Tuesday December 29 2015.

His inability to achieve his objective is traced to the efforts of the Ovation Publisher who reportedly stormed the airport with his wife.

The baby mama, Sophia is confirmed to be a niece of the celebrated words smith.

Emerging information revealed that Davido had forcefully taken custody of his daughter from the mother as far back as July.

According to petition written against him by Sophia after the Tuesday December 29 Lagos Airport Drama

“The petitioner, Miss. Sophia Ajibola Momodu claimed she was tricked to visit the house of Mr. David Adedeji Adeleke’s half sister – Miss Ashley Coco Adeleke’s with her baby, Imade Aurora Adeleke on July 11, 2015.

“After getting to the house on Baderinwa Alabi Street, Lekki Phase I, Lagos, our client’s baby was forcefully taken from her and she was thrown out of the premises with the threat that she would be decisively dealt with if she ever bothered to return there. There were armed policemen in the premises and our client’s survival instinct prevailed on her to make her leave her breast suckling baby behind, with so much pain in her heart,”

Copies of the petition addressed to Director General National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons have also been sent to the President, Vice President, Lagos state governor, the inspector general of police, the director general of the DSS and the managing director of FAAN to prevent the Adeleke’s from using alternative means from ferrying the child out of the country.

Davido had taken to his instagram page to air his side of the story, trashing his baby mama and her helper and uncle Dele Momodu when the petition titled ‘’ PETITION AGAINST MISS ASHLEY COCO ADELEKE & MR ADEDEJI ADELEKE FOR ATTEMPTED CHILD TRAFFICKING AND ABDUCTION OF MISS AURORA IMADE ADELEKE’’ went viral yesterday night.

Chief Momodu had responded to the post which generally labelled his niece an unfit mother and extortionist as well as himself a wealth grabber by posting the pictures of Davido after airport officials resisted his attempts to travel out with his daughter as well as seizing the travelling documents of the baby and his half sister, Coco.

The reaction ‘’You should be ashamed of yourself !!! God bless you still’’ from Davido in the midst of hate messages to the ovation boss from his fans and supporters had forced friends of the publisher to quickly reach out to him to put a stop to the open spat.
