Dimeji Bankole Takes Another Step In Attempt To Catch Up In Ogun Guber Race

Dimeji Bankole has taken another step in the bid to actualize his ambition to become the next governor of Ogun state.

The former speaker of the Federal House of Representatives has kick started reopening of his campaign offices.

And also opened a new one campaign outlet in Onikolobo area of the state capital, Abeokuta.

The guberatorial hopeful is also said to be recruiting staffers for the new and old campaign offices

The move comes after a prolong lack of activities concerning his ambition.

Watchers claim the latest actions of Bankole – which includes the emergence of branded campaign buses – are efforts at catching up with aspirants in the battle to succeed outgoing governor Ibikunle Amosun.

While Bankole went quiet, other aspirants across party lines had stepped up their game and increased awareness about their ambition.

‘’Bankole is trying to do a catch up after his silence led to speculations he had quitted the race’’ an observer noted.
