Details: UBA Helps Customers Get Around Shut Down Of Telecoms Services In Zamfara

United Bank for Africa (UBA) has taken steps to help customers get around the shutdown of telecommunication services in Zamfara state.

The National Communications Commission (NCC) made directed the withdrawal of telecommunication services in the state as part of efforts in the raging fight against insurgency.

Conscious of how this would affect its customers,UBA has sent direct messages to them on how to get around this development.

The messages by the bank to customers which provided a way out of the challenges occasioned by the shutdown of telecommunications services in Zamfara state reads

“In line with our promise to always keep you up to date with regulatory directives, please be informed that the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) and the National Communications Commission (NCC) have suspended telecommunication services in the state of Zamfara to combat insurgency.

We would like to assure you that our business offices are open during normal banking hours but with limited services. If you need help with anything, kindly visit a branch close to you and our team of customer service experts will be glad to help. “
