Sifax boss Taiwo Afolabi just heaved a heavy sigh of relief.

And the reason?

A business crippling storm just exited his world.

One of the workers at one of his cash cows, Ports And Cargo Handling Services ThankGod Ojomah recently died in “active duty”.

The tragic development was wiped into a storm with a tie back to another worker Moses Gabriel Umeh who died in “active duty” not too long ago.

The two tragedies linked together reportedly transformed into feasts of “unpalatable” conjectures and rumour about Sifax and it’s owner Taiwo Afolabi.

Sources disclosed that even after the management of Sifax handed out compensation to the family of the recently deceased – like they did in previous case- the unfavorable talks refuse to die down.

And the slant it took and mud it splattered on the sparkling image of the multi-billion naira investment gave owner and handlers “torrid time” sources claim.

But after intensive deployment of below the line “public relations” initiatives, it appears the storm is over.

“They have finally heaved a sigh of relief because the talks have gone done but it certainly took points from the image of the company while it lasted” a source stated.
