The Nigeria Union of Journalists has blacklisted politician Femi Fani Kayode.

The NUJ directed that no journalist should attend any of his activity at any location in Akwa Ibom State.

This development is the result of emerging pieces of evidence of Fani Kayode’s assault on the media, especially his unguarded verbal attack on journalist Eyo Charles for asking who is ‘’bankrolling’’ the politician’s ongoing project inspection tour of different states where he gives glowing reports.

Directive To All Chapels

In line with the disposition of the national leadership of our great Union, the State Council has directed that no journalist should attend a media parley with Femi Fani-Kayode or any of his activity at any location in Akwa Ibom State.

The NUJ is not part of the visit.
