Emerging details have it that Godswill Akpabio, the Minister for Niger Delta Affairs is still yet to be suspended.

This is contrary to talks in certain quarters that the Presidency has moved against Akpabio to allow for an investigation into the massive corruption allegations and sexual harassment accusation against him.

Akpabio has been accused of fund diversion, sabotage of the petroleum ministry, abuse of office, and sexual harassment by Joy Nunieh, the former boss of the Niger Delta Development Commission.
