Details: Assembly Orders Arrest Of AntI-Corruption Boss

The arrest of an anti-corruption boss has been ordered as well as an investigation into the financials of the organization he heads from 2015 till date.

The subject of this recommendation is Muhuyi Magaji Rimin Gado, the suspended Chairman of the Kano State Anti-Corruption Commission.

The resolution to arrest the anti-corruption boss has been passed by the Kano State House of Assembly.

The decision was taken at the legislative session presided over by Speaker Hamizu Ibrahim.

Isah Yusuf a level four officer serving as an accountant at the Kano State public anti-corruption commission is also recommended for “appropriate” sanction in the case against the head of the agency according to a report monitored by societynow.ng on dailypost.ng.
