And checks by SocietyNow.Ng revealed there is an ongoing search for BUA Cement depot and dealer shops by many who want to benefit from this massive gesture.

The search for the depots and outlets of the leading Cement manufacturer has taken different modes with social media playing a major role.

SocietyNow.Ng gathered other states and places are applying similar messages to suit their areas in the search.

BUA Cement, an arm of the major contributor to the nation’s economy with giant of Africa Abdul Samad Rabiu as Chairman- BUA Group, announced the reduction of the per-bag price of its product on Sunday, October 1, 2023.

The announcement is a brought forward decision against an earlier plan to reduce cement prices upon the completion of the company’s new lines at the end of the year.

The new plants when completed will increase production volumes to 17 million metric tonnes per annum.

The company, however, brought the decision forward “in order to spur development in the building materials and infrastructure sectors” according to a statement released on Sunday.

The statement by BUA Cement also assured that outside of the price drop to N3,500 there will be a further review in the first quarter of 2024.

SocietyNow.Ng’s checks revealed that the hunt for BUA Cement’s depot and dealer shops is especially boosted by the affirmation by the company that “all pending, undelivered orders which had been paid for at the old prices will be reviewed downwards to N3500/bag in line with the new pricing from October 2, 2023”.

BUA Cement on Sunday urged it licensed dealers to “ensure that end-users benefit from this reduction in ex-factory prices” while asserting that “we will monitor field sales to ensure compliance.”.
