Details As New Oniru Oba Gbolahan Lawal Goes Into Seclusion

Oba Abdulwasiu Omogbolahan Lawal, the new Oniru of Iruland has gone into traditional seclusion (Ipebi).

Traditional seclusion is a form of tutelage period for a new king on the customs and traditions that guides actions on the throne.

It usually precedes the crowning of a new King and allows for very limited visitors.

Societynow.ng gathered the coronation of the new Oniru is planned for the second week of September 2020.

And it is meant to be a weeklong event that is aimed at ‘’ charting a whole new direction for Iruland.’’

According to information available to societynow.ng, some of the events earmarked for the coronation week are Tree Planting, Beach Clean-Up Exercise, Medical Mission, Royal Health Walk, and Sustainable Cities Dialogue.
