Dbanj, Wande Coal Reconcile At Fun Place, Club Papas

…as Frank Okamigbo bags ‘best club owner’ award

Midweek last- a reconciliation took place.

Dapo Oyebanjo- the international act known as Dbanj and his former artist and label mate, Wande Coal (Ojoshipe Wande) made up.

The venue was A-listers favoured point- Club Papas at the place, Lekki.

Witnesses confirmed Dbanj now becoming popular with the appellation Eja Nla (the Big Fish) was the first to arrive. Charcoal complexion singer, Wande arrived later and came across to salute his former boss.

According to an insider ‘they stayed exchanging words for about a minute and hug each other to wild applause’

More information revealed they partied together after that.

Prior to this development the duo enjoyed estranged relationship.

A situation that has root in circumstances that broke up their former music platform – Mohit Records.

Meanwhile in a related development informant revealed owner and operator of fun place, Club Papas- Mr Frank Okamigbo just got another recognition.

Islander magazine , published by Mr Ola Muhammed just honoured his establishment with the title, Best Night Club.

This was at an awards ceremony held on Sunday April 21 2013.

The criteria used were kind of services, ‘Clientelle, Volume of Patronage, Celebrity status and related factors.
