Daughter Raises Concern Over KSA’s Disappearance

A daughter of the legendary Juju musician, King of world beats, Sunday Adeniyi Adegeye (King Sunny Ade – KSA), has raised an alarm over her father’s alleged disappearance, sparking concern among fans and the public.

Damilola Esther Adeniyi-Adegeye, one of KSA’s children, claimed that the music icon has been unreachable for some time.

She alleged that his manager, and some other persons have taken control of the musician’s affairs, isolating him from his biological children and the public.

According to Damilola, her father has been made to sign up for various performances but often failed to show up, creating a false impression of irresponsibility.

She also expressed deep worry over a distressing phone conversation with KSA, which was abruptly cut off. Since then, she said, no one has been able to reach him.

In a series of posts on her Instagram page, @adeniyidamilola, Damilola has been campaigning for intervention and has called on the Nigerian police to step in. She even shared pictures and names of those she believes are involved in the alleged mistreatment of her father.

Observers stress that the accused parties deserve a chance to respond and clarify the situation. However, many agree that KSA, a national treasure, deserves to be treated with dignity. The public and relevant authorities are being urged to help ensure the safety and well-being of the legendary musician.
