The undergoing probe minister is alleged to have pilfered the funds from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and stashed it in some Nigerian banks.

The banks in question are Sterling Bank 25m, First Bank N9m and Access Bank $5m.
The court gave claimants to the funds 14days to prove legitimacy of their ownership or forfeit the funds to the federal government.
