Brand Expert, Charles O’tudor Gets Quit Notice From Home, Offices!

Rumour of money problems has started adopting the toga of reality with celebrated brand management expert Mr Charles O’tudor.

Informants just informed societynowng.com that the dread locks wearing gentleman that operates under the business name Adstrat has earned quit notices from his home and office complexes over inability to pay his rents.

According to the gospellers of this happenstance the development came to be in April 2011.

Maintained a source on Otudor’s sack from his office ‘ I can’t confirm the specific amount of debt involved but obviously Mr O’tudor couldn’t meet up with the payment plan as agreed with those in charge. He was given a time frame, and later asked to leave’

The agent in charge of the building is said to have given O’tudor May 2011 to move out the place.

Just like the Lagos scenario the managers of Otudor’s office in Calabar Cross River state is said to be experiencing the same development.

And to compound his challenges Mr O’tudor is said to be experiencing the same scenario on the home front.

The house owner of his G.R.A residence has issued a quit notice- but on another pretext.

The agent claims that the owner wants to convert it to personal use.

It is not clear whether O’tudor owes rent or not

Before this latest scenario, talks were all over town of the flamboyant brand expert’s inability to meet his bills. Staffers were said to have left en masses on reasons of excessive salary backlogs. Visitors alleged running generators were considered ‘unaffordable’ luxury. O’tudor’s state of the art cars were alleged to suffer threats of forcefully possession by creditors in lieu of debts. And those he allegedly acquired by hire purchase were almost repossessed according to the rumours.

It is however instructive to note that Mr Charles O’tudor has consistently denied all the rumour.
