And it has family members against one another.

Information filtering have it that the case which came up on Tuesday December 15 2015 has now officially blew open in fighting between the family.

On either side of the divides are listed children of Beatrice, the first wife of late Sir Michael Otedola and his second wife, Lady Doja and her children made up of billionaire Femi Otedola and his siblings.

Findings by societynowng.com revealed that issue at stake which revolves around deserved recognition and estate of the late Lagos governor specifically has the forte oil boss and his mother listed as defendants.

Both did not show up in court on December 15 when the case was called up at Lagos High Court Annex, Tafawa Balewa Square.

The matter which is before Justice Pedro was shifted to January 2015 based on this reason.
