Behind The Scene: Sanwo-Olu’s Personal Efforts At Getting Health Workers To Stay At Frontline Against Covid-19

Aside from the formal initiatives Babajide Sanwo-Olu, is making passionate personal efforts to encourage health workers at the forefront of the fight against Covid-19 in Lagos State.

Societynow.ng learned the Governor makes personal phone calls to and send text messages to the health carers at the Isolation centers and related Covid-19 treatment places in Lagos State.

The Governor inferred he ensures he personally keeps in touch – constantly – with the health workers irrespective of his workload at any point in time.

This move is outside of the increased in welfare packages for those concerned including a raise in their hazard allowance.

Sanwo-Olu made the disclosure in a virtual chat with Mo-Abudu aired on Ebony Television Channel yesterday evening.
Abudu is the Chief Executive Officer of the general interest platform with a little bias for entertainment programs.
