Bago Condoles With Borno State Over “Heinous & Horrific”
says the news of the attack is indeed sad news to every responsible Nigerian
Niger State Governor, farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago commiserates with the government and people of Borno State over the terrorists attack that killed several farmers and many others missing at the Dumba community, near Baga in Kukawa local government area of the North Eastern State.
In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the farmer Governor describes the attack as heinous and horrific.
He says the news of the attack is indeed sad news to every responsible Nigerian.
The farmer Governor, while commending the efforts of the security agents in the fight against terrorism in the country, enjoined them to do more to ensure a lasting peace in the society.
He assures the government of Borno State of the continued support of his administration.
The farmer Governor specifically sympathises with the family of the victims and prays for the repose of the souls of the departed.
He also prays that those missing will be safely reunited with their families.
