At Long Last, The “Woman” In The Life Of Unity Bank Chairman Aminu Babangida Revealed!

There is a woman in the life of Aminu Babangida, the son of former President Ibrahim Babangida and also the chairman of Unity Bank.

The woman in Aminu’s life is identified as Oluwafunsho, the daughter of ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo.

Insiders confirmed that Aminu and Oluwafunsho are extremely close.

But there is no concrete confirmation of a relationship beyond the level of platonic between them.

“Though there are talks about a possible affair, there is no confirmation of any intimacy between them” a source stated.

Those who are familiar with the rapport between the children of the former presidents, however, insist “they really look good together”.

Societynow.ng learned the familiarity Aminu and Oluwafunsho exude – and easiness with which they relate – whenever they are together makes their “association” enviable to all.

Both Aminu and Oluwafunsho currently serve on the board of Unity Bank – and some other businesses their parents have interests.

While Aminu is the Chairman of Unity Bank institution – with Tomi Somefun as Managing Director – Funsho is a non – executive director.

Societynow.ng learned that they most times attend board meetings together.

Insiders insist that their parents appear to be in the know of the extraordinary relationship between their children, especially former military President Babangida.

“There was a particular time that they attended a board meeting and immediately and left in the same plane and to pay a courtesy call on IBB in Minna” societynow.ng gathered.

Checks by societynow.ng revealed that Funsho – dubbed the lady in Aminu Babangida’s life – holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the School of Chemistry, University of East Anglia and an MSc in Medicinal Chemistry from University College, London.
