Aregbesola’s Omoluabi Progressives Stakeholders Pledge To Get More Members

Stakeholders of the leading political organisation in Osun State, Omoluabi Progressives , rose from the tendency’s monthly meeting on Sunday with the pledge to consolidate on its membership mobilisation drive.

They also unanimously agreed to work on the resolutions of the just concluded Stakeholders and Leadership Conference in becoming more united, stronger, determined, and focused resting on the goal of ONE FOR ALL and ALL FOR ONE.

Speaking at the meeting attended by immediate-past Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, leaders of the tendency – Alhaji Moshood Adeoti, a former Secretary to the State Government and Dr. Najeem Salaam, former Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, commended members for their continuous loyalty to the vision and mission of Omoluabi Progressives.

Reassuring that their efforts will not be in vain, the duo of Adeoti and Salaam reiterated the need for members to continuously attract people of conscience, character, integrity and firm belief in the progressive ideology to the fold.

“We can not but commend your resilience, sacrifice, and efforts so far that have continued to give us the remarkable success that we have made in the last one and half years. We have a long way to go, and the only way to achieve success in the long run is by being steadfast and resilient. We should also be disciplined and seek the face of God for the success of our goal,” they noted.

Earlier in a remark, Chairman, Omoluabi Progressives, Alhaji Azeez Adesiji emphasised the need for members to be more dedicated to the tendency.

Adesiji hinted that with various programmes and initiatives, the fold has positioned itself as one that is ready to provide responsible leadership, premised on a people-centric approach.

New members of Omoluabi Progressives from Odo-Otin, Atakunmosa West, and Obokun local government areas of the state were also officially received at today’s meeting.
