All The Details As Adefarati’s Children Sell Off Father’s Property

One of the properties left behind by late and ex-governor of Ondo state Chief Adebayo Adefarati has been disposed of.

The property, a mansion, was sold off a couple of months back.

Sources in the know disclosed the sold off property is located in Ijapo Estate, in the state capital Akure.

Ijapo Estate is adjudged an area favoured by the elites in that part of the state societynow.ng learned.

An investigation carried out by societynow.ng shows the structure is a stone throw from the home of popular politician Olusola Oke.

Oke was the candidate of the Alliance for Democracy in the last gubernatorial election in Ondo state.

Though unable to confirm how much the property was sold, sources insist Adefart’s children made a ‘’little fortune” out the transaction.

Gboyega Adefarati, one the late politician’s sons, was said to have carried out the deal on behalf of the family.

Gboyega oversees the ministry of Agriculture in the cabinet of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu.

More of the late politician’s properties will be put on sales in days to come a source in the know volunteered.

“From what I heard the family has decided to sell off some of baba’s properties”, the source disclosed to societynow.ng.
