A big money purchase of speculated gubernatorial candidate, Mr Fola Adeola is wasting.

And according to investigation by societynowng.com the situation has degenerated to such that weeds have taken over.

The acquisition is multi million naira property formerly known as AIB Plaza.

Findings revealed the ex vice presidential candidate bought the big building about 6 years ago.

He reportedly shelled out huge sum to take it over from debt management corporation- AMCON.

Insiders however revealed since the former bank boss took over the big money investment ‘it has lain fallow’.

And according to information pieced together ‘ fear of protracted litigation is the reason for this attitude’

Divulged a source in the know ‘ the take over process was very quiet…and trying to avoid aggrieved share holders of the defunct bank moving against him is responsible for the abandonment’

This reason and involvement in other consuming concepts are the major cause of the current fate of the investment situated on Akinadesola street Victoria Island, Lagos.

Visit to the site by societynowng.com revealed a property in obvious disrepair, with weeds visibly growing on some parts of the structure.
