Thank You Mr President – Senior Adviser Ogra Tells What To Expect After Kebbi Girls Rescue
expressed confidence that Nigeria would prevail over insecurity
All the abducted schoolgirls from Kebbi State have been rescued, drawing commendations for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu over what officials described as a swift and decisive security response.
O’tega Ogra, Senior Special Adviser to the President on Digital Engagement, Strategy and New Media said Tinubu “seized the gauntlet” without hesitation, ensuring the children’s safe return in record time.
He added that the president did not “dilly-dally” at any point, acting with the urgency the situation demanded.
Ogra said the rescue reflected Tinubu’s commitment to securing every Nigerian, noting that security deployments across the country would intensify in the coming days as the armed forces expand operations in multiple theatres.

According to him, “you have been both a father to the nation and Commander-in-Chief in these trying moments”, a demonstration of leadership he said Nigerians should not take for granted.
The top Presidential aide explained that prosecutions of individuals linked to major terror attacks over the past 14 years were progressing and would continue “in earnest”, as the administration remained committed to justice and the dismantling of violent networks.

The senior adviser also saluted the security and intelligence agencies for their sacrifices, saying, “may the Almighty grant you victory in the war against terror and keep you safe for your families and our nation.”
Ogra expressed confidence that Nigeria would prevail over insecurity, emphasising that “Nigeria will succeed against all odds,” and said he remained proud to serve under the president at this time.
